Co-owners Tommy O'Connor and Joe Peirson have backgrounds in both the food industry and in aquaculture. Joe has been working in clam-culture since 1984, and Tommy has over 25 years of experience in the food industry. This partnership brings a combined knowledge necessary to produce clams that are unsurpassed in the industry.
